“Comfort yourself with him who holds you fastened to the cross. He will loose you when he thinks fit. Happy [ are ] those who suffer with Him.”
We therefore gladly persevere through the resistance that arises when we take up the practice of the presence of God. When we meet it, we count it as joy, and lean heavily into the Spirit.

The transformative power of well-managed anger improves relationships
How can anger improve the quality of your relationships?
…. Anger doesn’t want you to contain it;
this emotion informs you of what bothers, hurts, or harms you so you can change it.
Ready to listen
to change things
It wants you to act.
Goal: to improve your life.
(Exploring Your Mind blog: The Transformative Potential of Anger.)
fact: Forgiving my child’s offender
was much harder
than forgiving my own offender.
(And that was almost undoable. I’m not sure it’s completely done even now.I kind of have to redo it every time I think about this guy.)
With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. –Jesus
Remember, uprooting can be painful. Being replanted and becoming rooted and grounded is a process that requires time and effort, but it is by faith and patience that we inherit God’s promises.
He who has ears to hear
Let him hear. 💘
You who sit down in the High God’s presence, spend the night in Shaddai’s shadow, Say this: “ God , you’re my refuge. I trust in you and I’m safe!” That’s right—he rescues you from hidden traps, shields you from deadly hazards.
His huge outstretched arms protect you— under them you’re perfectly safe; his arms fend off all harm.
Fear nothing—not wild wolves in the night, not flying arrows in the day, Not plague that prowls through the darkness, not disaster that erupts at high noon. Even though others succumb all around, drop like flies right and left, no harm will even graze you. You’ll stand untouched, watch it all from a distance, watch the wicked turn into corpses.
Yes, because God ’s your refuge, the High God your very own home, Evil can’t get close to you, harm can’t get through the door. He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go. If you stumble, they’ll catch you; their job is to keep you from falling.
You’ll walk unharmed among lions and snakes, and kick young lions and serpents from the path.
“If you’ll hold on to me for dear life,” says God , “I’ll get you out of any trouble. I’ll give you the best of care if you’ll only get to know and trust me. Call me and I’ll answer,be at your side in bad times. I’ll rescue you, then throw you a party. I’ll give you a long life, give you a long drink of salvation!”
Psalm 91:1-16 MSG
Isn’t it true that our hands were empty when we came into the world, and when we leave this world our hands will be empty again? Because of this, food and clothing is enough to make us content.
1 Timothy 6:7-8 TPT
I can’t get everything down fast enough!
God is flooding my brain
